The staff here are really friendly and excellent, they were great with everyone.

I liked staying in this 3 star hotel. The staff members were pretty friendly and suggested local places. Its location next to La Cava was marvellous.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 4 nights stay. The hotel employees were really friendly and very kind. The venue was in the central setting in the middle of jackson. It was also near Veracruz as well as the malecon or the Aquarius.

Great location right in the heart of the city. the room was nice, and the bed was really comfy. the staff was top-notch and super helpful at all times! 👍

The lobby and pool are nice. The location is convenient, close to many restaurants. The place is clean. The beachfront room has comfortable beds, although smaller. it's an okay hotel with excellent staff and cleanliness. Rooms need upgrading.

We booked a double room that had comfortable beds and was air-conditioned, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Malecon and the Aquarium.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we enjoyed the clean facilities, excellent staff, and overall cleanliness.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the friendly staff who were always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The rooms were kept very clean throughout our stay, and we appreciated the daily towel and linen change.

We were disappointed by the size of the bathroom, which was too small and tight, making it quite uncomfortable to use. Additionally, some of the beds in the rooms we stayed in were too hard, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities. The hotel promptly fixed a minor issue with the air conditioning. The TV in the room was a flat screen and worked perfectly. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the comfort of the rooms, which were kept clean and tidy throughout my stay. the hotel's strategic location made it easy for me to access key tourist sites and popular beaches with ease. The hotel staff was also friendly and welcoming, which created a warm ambience that was perfect for the holiday season.

I was disappointed by the small size of the bathroom and the hard beds in some of the rooms. It was uncomfortable to move around in the tight space, especially when sharing the room with others.
